Our office is open for visits and allergy shots.
Due to a dramatic decrease in community spread of COVID-19 in Shelby County, our office is now
MASK OPTIONAL
but still recommended, with the following rules:
ANYONE WITH FEVER or ACUTE RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMS SHOULD WEAR A MASK
ANYONE WITH ANY RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMS AND KNOWN EXPOSURE TO SOMEONE WITH COVID-19 SHOULD WEAR A MASK
OUR STAFF WILL WEAR A MASK IN YOUR PRESENCE IF YOU REQUEST IT

FOR ALLERGY SHOT PATIENTS
EVERYONE MUST WAIT 30 MINUTES AFTER THEIR ALLERGY SHOT
FOR YOUR SAFETY AND DUE TO THE RISK OF SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTIONS AFTER ALLERGY SHOTS, WAITING IN CARS OR OUTSIDE IS NO LONGER ALLOWED
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ADMINISTERING ALLERGY SHOTS IN THE FUTURE IF THESE RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED
